X Energy, LLC is seeking an ERP Analyst II to support SAP PP/PM configuration, analysis, testing, and end-user support at our Oak Ridge operations. Under the ERP Lead, you’ll help align equipment, production and maintenance processes with regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes documenting configurations, gathering business requirements, developing test scripts, and ensuring NRC, DOE, ITAR, and NQA-1 compliance while maintaining audit-ready records and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Business or related field.
• Three+ years of experience configuring or supporting SAP, or ERP business analysis.
• Experience with SAP PP or PM modules including equipment master data.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and testing SAP changes.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP PP/PM modules for equipment, production, and maintenance under ERP Lead.
• Document configuration details, functional specs, and process flows.
• Gather requirements from Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality.
• Translate requirements into SAP configurations for ERP Lead review.
• Develop and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance test scripts.
• Support cutover and post-deployment stabilization and end-user training.
• Ensure SAP configuration compliance with NRC, DOE, ITAR, NQA-1 and related regs.

Job Description

The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Analyst II supports the configuration, analysis, testing, and support of SAP for equipment, production and manufacturing, and plant maintenance business processes at the company’s nuclear fuel manufacturing operations, under the direction of the ERP Lead. This role assists with SAP Production Planning (PP) and Plant Maintenance (PM) configuration, equipment master data, requirements documentation, testing, and end user support.
This role supports compliance of the configured system with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Department of Energy (DOE), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Nuclear Quality Assurance Level 1 (NQA-1), and related regulatory frameworks.

Job Profile Tasks/Responsibilities:

_ SAP Configuration Support _

• Support configuration of SAP Production Planning (PP) and Plant Maintenance (PM) modules for equipment, production, and maintenance business processes, under the direction of the ERP Lead
• Create and maintain equipment master data, functional locations, work centers, bills of material, and routings
• Document configuration details, functional specifications, and process flows

_ Business Analysis and Requirements Support _

• Gather and document business requirements from Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality stakeholders
• Assist with analysis of requirements against standard SAP capabilities and identification of gaps
• Support translation of business requirements into SAP configuration for review by the ERP Lead

_ Testing and User Support _

• Develop and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance test scripts for SAP configuration changes
• Support cutover and post deployment stabilization activities for the areas in scope
• Provide functional support and assist with training for end users of SAP equipment, production, and plant maintenance capabilities

_ Regulatory Compliance _

• Support compliance of SAP configuration and documentation with NRC, DOE, ITAR, NQA-1, 10 CFR 70, and related regulatory domains
• Maintain accurate configuration documentation and change records to support audit readiness
• Maintain professional demeanor and behavior at all times in all forms of communication.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

Job Profile Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Typically, three years of experience, with two or more years of experience configuring or supporting SAP, or in ERP business analysis
• Experience with SAP Production Planning (PP) or Plant Maintenance (PM) modules, including equipment master data, preferred
• Experience supporting the gathering and documentation of business requirements
• Experience developing and executing test scripts for SAP configuration changes
• Experience in nuclear, aerospace, defense, energy, or similarly regulated industries preferred

Location: 151 Lafayette Drive, Oak Ridge, TN 37830
Work Site Expectations: 5 days a week in office

Travel Expectations: up to 10-25% as needed

Hours: Standard office schedule are 8:00am-5:00pm ET, Mon-Fri

Compensation

As required by Maryland and other applicable state law, X Energy, LLC (X-energy) lists the expected compensation range for a publicly advertised job opportunity based upon the job requirements (e.g. education/training, experience, skill sets, etc.). Individual candidates who meet the job requirements for the posted position will be offered a salary within this range based on their respective levels of education/training, experience, and other qualifications unique to them. Salary ranges may vary based on the specific office location and region referenced in the posting to take into consideration differences in cost of living and may not be reflective of all regions. Please note that compensation ranges listed for US job postings reflect base salary only and do not include benefits or other incentives.

Offers within the posted salary range are commensurate with the individual’s qualifications for the position, along with a view on internal equity, market data, and room for growth. The salary range for this position is:

$79,875 - $104,625
