Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes is seeking a Sr. Director, ERP Supply Chain & SAP Technology Platforms to lead SAP strategy across ECC and S/4 in a complex, multi-region landscape.

The role entails guiding Day 1 separation activities and TSA exit, establishing governance, and driving enterprise SAP platform services with Finance, Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and IT. A global leader with 12–14 years of SAP experience is required.

Qualifications

• 12–14 years of progressive experience planning, designing, delivering, and supporting enterprise SAP business applications and platforms.
• Experience leading and architecting SAP platforms (ECC, S/4), including BTP and satellite solutions.
• Experience delivering SAP COE platform services (BASIS, ABAP, SAP IS) and data migration.
• Leadership of large, global technology programs and complex transformations.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain ERP and regulatory/compliance requirements in Life Sciences.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end technology strategy, architecture, delivery, and operations of SAP platform capabilities across multiple SAP ECC and S/4 instances.
• Balance regulatory, operational, and strategic initiatives to maximize business value and Day 1/TSA exit objectives.
• Establish governance, budgets, vendor management, and platform standards across SAP technology.
• Manage SAP and SI/managed services partners, licensing, and contract performance.
• Transform SAP ERP for Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality in line with business priorities and regulatory requirements.
• Lead AI and automation initiatives to modernize platforms and operations at scale.
• Ensure regulatory, data integrity, and cybersecurity compliance across platforms.
• Build and inspire a global technology organization with onshore/offshore resources and partners.
• Provide financial oversight for technology investments and opex.
