Job summary

Accenture's SAP practice seeks an experienced SAP EPPM Consultant/Manager to lead end-to-end implementations of SAP PS/PPM across capital-intensive industries. You will guide blueprint through go-live, configure WBS, networks, budgeting, and cost planning, and ensure tight integration with FI/CO, MM, PM, HR, and SD modules.

You'll mentor junior consultants, run design workshops with PMO leadership, and support S/4HANA migration and SAC portfolio reporting, while traveling as required to client

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP PS / EPPM implementation experience.
• Minimum 3 full-cycle implementations in a functional lead capacity.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP PS configuration experience — WBS, networks, budgeting, settlement.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP EPPM knowledge — portfolio planning, capacity management, financial integration.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with S/4HANA Project Management including Fiori-based project control.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with project accounting fundamentals — cost centers, internal orders, revenue recognition (IFRS 15).
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in the Communication, Media & Technology Industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle SAP EPPM implementations — blueprint through go-live
• Configure SAP PS structures: WBS, networks, milestones, cost planning, budgeting, and settlement
• Design project accounting flows including cost allocation, forecasting, and revenue recognition
• Facilitate design workshops with PMO leadership, project controllers, and finance stakeholders
• Integrate EPPM with FI/CO, MM, PM, HR, and SD modules
• Advise on S/4HANA migration, SAP Fiori project management, and SAC portfolio reporting
• Lead SIT, UAT, and cutover planning; develop configuration and test documentation
• Mentor junior consultants and build client capability throughout the engagement
