Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP EPPM Consultant/Manager to lead end‑to‑end implementations of SAP PS, PPM, and S/4HANA Project Management for capital‑intensive industries. Travel may be required as needed to support client engagements.

You will oversee blueprint through go‑live, configure PS structures, and ensure integration with FI/CO, MM, PM, HR, and SD. This role requires strong leadership and industry knowledge in CMT.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years hands‑on SAP PS / EPPM implementation experience.
• Minimum of 3 full‑cycle implementations in a functional lead capacity.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with deep SAP PS configuration — WBS, networks, budgeting, settlement.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with strong SAP EPPM knowledge — portfolio planning, capacity management, financial integration.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with S/4HANA Project Management including Fiori‑based project control.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with project accounting fundamentals — cost centers, internal orders, revenue recognition (IFRS 15).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in the Communications, Media & Technology Industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead full‑lifecycle SAP EPPM implementations — blueprint through go‑live.
• Configure SAP PS structures: WBS, networks, milestones, cost planning, budgeting, and settlement.
• Design project accounting flows including cost allocation, forecasting, and revenue recognition.
• Facilitate design workshops with PMO leadership, project controllers, and finance stakeholders.
• Integrate EPPM with FI/CO, MM, PM, HR, and SD modules.
• Advise on S/4HANA migration, SAP Fiori project management, and SAC portfolio reporting.
• Lead SIT, UAT, and cutover planning; develop configuration and test documentation.
• Mentor junior consultants and build client capability throughout the engagement.
