Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking a Manager to lead SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud EPPM and Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management engagements within Advisory Services. You will guide end-to-end implementation lifecycle, from design through hypercare, across P2R and professional services contexts.

The role requires six+ years in external management consulting with SAP EPPM delivery, strong stakeholder engagement, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

Six years of external management consulting experience with at least two full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations focusing on EPPM (Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management).
Experience supporting stakeholder engagement and delivering business and delivery outcomes.
Travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead EPPM workstreams within SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud transformation programs across P2R and Professional Services environments.
Design, configure, and deploy SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud EPPM capabilities (project definitions, WBS, budgeting, resource planning, time confirmation, cost capture, integration with Finance/Controlling).
Drive fit-to-standard workshops and document gaps/extensions for standards-based EPPM with clear rationale.
Deliver EPPM scope and milestones, coordinating with Finance, Controlling, Sales, and HR to ensure accurate project financials and governance.
Support business development through proposal content, solution design, and client presentations; mentor junior team members.
