Job summary

The Boeing Company in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Manager, Distribution Enablement C&E to lead our distribution and data governance initiatives within SAP S/4 HANA. This role sits on the business leadership team and collaborates with IT and operations to align enablement strategies with the value streams.

You will manage teams of analysts and project managers, drive change requests, and oversee KPI development, Master Data Governance, and the future technology roadmap.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years leading business sustainment teams in an SAP run business.
• Minimum 5-7 years managing or leading teams.
• Minimum 5-7 years managing complex technology and/or digital project implementations.

Responsibilities

• Leads organization and managers with responsibility for teams including Business Analysts, Business Process Owners, Data Stewards, and Project Managers.
• Responsible for establishing and leading the development of Master Data Governance organization, processes, and KPIs.
• Leads change management and other technology changes across the SAP S/4 HANA system.
• Manages SAP S/4 HANA tickets, SLA performance and other KPIs.
• Conducts value stream mapping through SAP S/4 HANA and business workflows to improve system capability.
• Sits on the business leadership team and collaborates with IT and business leaders across value streams.
• Manages and leads the business future technology roadmap and investment process.
