Job summary

Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories seeks a Manager/ Lead Associate - SAP to design and implement SAP and EDI solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals. The role focuses on end-to-end integration across SAP modules, governance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The position is based in Princeton, NJ (in-person) and reports to the Lead Architect - SAP. Responsibilities include roadmaps for SAP solutions, integration patterns, and automation opportunities, while ensuring quality and

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master’s in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
5–7 years of experience in a related field; pharma background preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead design and implementation of SAP and EDI solutions aligning with business objectives.
Oversee end-to-end SAP integration with ECC, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and SAP Cloud Platform.
Define integration patterns, data exchange, and API management strategies.
Implement SAP ATTP serialization and related data mapping.
Explore automation with RPA, ML, and intelligent automation within SAP ecosystems.
Develop and maintain EDI systems, data mapping, translation, and communication protocols.
Collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and partners to ensure on-time delivery.
Stay updated on SAP trends and drive innovation and governance.
