Job summary

Dr. Reddy's Laboratories seeks a Manager/ Lead Associate – SAP to design and implement SAP and EDI solutions, aligning with business goals and best practices. The role focuses on end-to-end integration, governance, and driving innovation within the SAP ecosystem.

Based in Princeton, NJ (in-person) reporting to Lead Architect - SAP, you will guide cross-functional teams and ensure successful project delivery with scalable SAP architectures and serialization strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in the related field; preferably from Pharma industry.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP solutions and end-to-end integration.
• Manage SAP modules including ECC, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, Cloud Platform; ensure scalability and performance.
• Define integration patterns and API management strategies for SAP and other systems.
• Implement SAP ATTP serialization and data mapping.
• Identify opportunities for automation using RPA, ML, and intelligent automation.
• Develop and maintain EDI systems including data mapping and communication protocols.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Stay updated on SAP trends and drive innovation within the organization.
• Lead project teams and foster continuous learning and improvement.
