Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP U.S. Payroll experience required.
• A strong understanding of U.S. payroll regulations and tax requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as U.S. Payroll Subject Matter Expert for SAP EC Payroll.
• Configure payroll schemas, wage types, tax models, and payroll drivers to meet regulatory needs.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local payroll rules, year-end processing (W-2).
• Collaborate with Payroll Operations for transports, previews, corrections, and postings.
