Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a SAP Program Manager to lead a large-scale Employee Central Payroll (ECP) modernization from on-premises to a modern S/4HANA architecture, spanning the US, the Netherlands, and the Czech Republic.

The role requires governance, multi-team coordination, and strong SAP/ECP experience. Onsite in Salisbury, NC 2–3 times per month with remote options and cross-border collaboration across US and Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale SAP/ERP transformation programs.
• Experience coordinating multiple technical and business workstreams.
• Strong communication with senior leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the ECP modernization across US, NL, CZ.
• Manage program roadmap, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions.
• Coordinate payroll, integrations, and testing workstreams for alignment.
• Collaborate with business, IT, SAP specialists, and external partners.
• Manage governance, reporting and senior-management communications.
