Qualifications

• SAP EAM/PM/SM/PS experience in enterprise asset management and service management.
• Experience with integration across SAP modules (PS/MM/WM/HR/FI/CO).
• Knowledge of SAP BTP integration and S/4 HANA Fiori Apps is a plus.
• Domestic US travel up to 25% as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life cycle SAP EAM implementations from requirements to go-live and support.
• Contribute to SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance processes and integrations with GIS and Field Execution solutions.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Guide solution design with architects and engineering teams.
• Validate end-to-end design and impacts across processes and systems.
• Serve as domain SME across design, build, testing, migration, deployment.
• Facilitate cross-functional design decisions and align requirements with capabilities.
• Support readiness, traceability, and design documentation.
