Job summary

Xcel Energy is seeking a Solution Lead to drive end-to-end SAP Plant Maintenance and EAM initiatives. You will partner with business units to translate needs into scalable IT solutions and guide delivery from design through operation.

The role requires strong SAP PM/EAM knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on user experience and reliability. A hybrid setup involves commuting to downtown Minneapolis several days weekly.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on functional, configuration and design experience with SAP in EAM/PM.
• SAP Certification is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Science, Business or related field or 4 years of experience.
• Domestic US Travel up to 25% or more (Projects).
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate SAP PM/EAM solution delivery and lifecycle activities.
• Partner with business areas and stakeholders to understand needs and opportunities.
• Ensure solutions are designed for stable operation and performance.
• Provide coaching and direction to team members.
