Job summary

Accenture seeks a senior SAP Manufacturing leader to shape client transformation programs, delivering SAP Digital Manufacturing, S/4HANA Manufacturing, and MES solutions. You will drive design decisions, lead cross-functional workshops, and guide large delivery teams across global programs.

The role requires hands-on expertise across PP, MII, EWM, and integration patterns, with a strong focus on standards and outcomes. Travel may be requested.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on SAP Manufacturing experience incl. PP, Digital Manufacturing, MES, MII, PCo, and integrations.
• Led multiple full-lifecycle SAP Manufacturing or MES implementations in lead/architect roles.
• At least 2 years with SAP Digital Manufacturing execution, POD design, APIs, analytics.
• At least 2 years with SAP S/4HANA manufacturing master/data, materials, routings, orders, and quality integration.
• Experience designing integrations between SAP S/4HANA and SAP Digital Manufacturing via APIs, IDocs, SAP BTP, and SAP Integration Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; equivalent requires 12+ years total work exp. Bonus for QM/EWM/analytics/OPC.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic assessment of client manufacturing processes to define future-state SAP Manufacturing solutions.
• Own end-to-end solution architecture across SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing, PP, MES, and shop-floor domains.
• Lead large SAP Manufacturing implementations through design, build, test, deployment, and stabilization.
• Facilitate executive workshops with design decisions and fit-to-standard guidance.
• Direct design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Digital Manufacturing capabilities.
• Design and govern integrations between SAP S/4HANA, EWM, QM, BTP, and shop-floor systems.
• Provide senior oversight for production connectors, OPC, MQTT, and equipment patterns.
• Advise on ME/MII modernization, cloud MES, and global template strategy.
• Collaborate with teams to create differentiated SAP offerings and mentor staff.
• Travel may be required from 0 to 100% depending on client needs.
