Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior SAP Manufacturing leader to design and deliver SAP Digital Manufacturing and SAP S/4HANA-based shop-floor solutions. You will guide executive design decisions, shape transformation programs, and build high-performing delivery teams across global manufacturing programs.

You will own end-to-end architecture for manufacturing processes, integrate with MES, EWM, QM, and analytics, and mentor consultants while ensuring value delivery. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on SAP Manufacturing experience including PP, MII, and MES.
• Experience leading full-lifecycle SAP Manufacturing or MES implementations.
• 2+ years of SAP Digital Manufacturing execution and insights experience.
• Understanding of SAP S/4HANA manufacturing master data and transactions.
• Experience designing integrations using APIs, IDocs/BAPIs, and SAP Integration Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic assessments to define future-state SAP Manufacturing and Digital Manufacturing solutions.
• Own end-to-end solution architecture across SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing, MES, and related domains.
• Lead large SAP Manufacturing programs from design through deployment and stabilization.
• Facilitate executive design workshops with clear recommendations and fit-to-standard guidance.
• Design and govern integrations between SAP S/4HANA, EWM, QM, and shop-floor systems.
• Provide senior oversight for production connectors, OPC, MQTT, and automation patterns.
• Advise on SAP ME/MII modernization and multi-plant rollouts.
