Job summary

Komatsu is seeking a Senior SAP Developer to lead hands-on development and implementation during a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation. You will work across S/4HANA, GTS, EWM, MDG, and other SAP modules, delivering scalable, secure solutions using Fiori/UI5, ABAP, and BTP.

The role emphasizes performance optimization, API-based integrations (OData/REST), and modern SAP development practices. Strong knowledge of HANA, CDS, CAP, RAP, and Screen Personas is required, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on SAP development experience (Fiori/UI5, ABAP, S/4HANA).
• Proficient in SAP BTP including CAP & RAP development.
• Strong in OData/RESTful API communication & system integrations.
• Hands-on HANA development with CDS views, AMDP, SQL optimizations.
• Experience with SAP RF framework and SAP Screen Personas to improve UI/warehouse ops.
• Familiar with DevOps security best practices and code quality tools (ATC, Planviz).
• Experience managing SAP integrations with AIF.
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Develop SAP applications using Fiori/UI5, ABAP, and BTP frameworks.
• Implement OData/RESTful APIs for SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Optimize HANA performance via CDS, AMDP, and pushdown techniques.
• Develop RF apps for SAP EWM to enhance warehouse ops.
• Customize SAP Screen Personas to improve UI and workflows.
• Build BTP apps using CAP and RAP.
• Follow SAP dev best practices for scalable, secure code.
• Use ATC, Planviz to measure and improve code quality.
