Job summary

Mizuho OSI seeks an experienced SAP BTP ABAP Developer to lead development and integration around SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and BTP. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver scalable solutions driving efficiency in data processing.

The role requires deep SAP ABAP expertise, a track record of end-to-end implementations, and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders while complying with quality standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with 15–20 years of experience managing application operations, including SAP.
5+ years of SAP experience with end-to-end implementations in SAP S/4HANA and Fiori.
Experience developing SAP extensions using SAP Extensibility Explorer on S/4HANA cloud.
Experience with S/4 HANA BTP implementation, Fiori and Embedded Analytics.
Experience with Middleware, EDI, IDOC and SAP Integration with SFDC is a plus.
Strong communication in English and ability to work with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Partner with IT Business Systems Analysts to understand requirements.
Provide support to internal customers requesting routine information, data summaries and reports.
Identify areas of improvement for services and measure technology trends as directed by management.
Provide weekly updates on IT tickets and projects.
Develop, deploy and report on various user satisfaction metrics and quarterly reviews.
Manage integrations with SAP S/4HANA and other systems via ETL and/or web services.
Design and establish SOPs and instructions under the Manager's direction.
Meet aggressive timelines with high quality results.
Participate in audits and promptly resolve findings.
