Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned SAP Data Migration Leader to architect end-to-end migration strategies for S/4HANA transformations, including greenfield and brownfield scenarios. You will define methodologies, governance, and tooling across large-scale programs, while guiding cross-functional teams and ensuring data quality and sign-off with client leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP experience with at least 5 years in a lead data migration architect or program lead role.
• 4 full end-to-end SAP data migration implementations, with at least 2 involving S/4HANA (greenfield or brownfield).
• 3+ years leading or architecting migrations using SAP-native tooling (LTMC/LTMOM, BODS, SLT).
• 5+ years managing cross-functional delivery teams in a program or workstream lead capacity.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience; Associates requires 6 years.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end SAP data migration strategies for S/4HANA transformation programs (greenfield, brownfield, SDT).
• Define migration methodology, tooling selection, and governance across large-scale multi-wave programs.
• Design data migration objects, rules, transformation logic, and cutover sequencing across FI/CO/MM/SD/PP/HCM.
• Mentor data migration consultants and developers to ensure quality across workstreams.
• Engage with data owners, functional leads, and IT stakeholders to align data quality and sign-off processes.
• Govern tool configuration and usage (LTMC/LTMOM, BODS, SLT, Syniti) per standards.
• Lead rehearsals, mock cutovers, go-live, with risk ID and issue resolution.
• Contribute to proposals, client presentations, and capability uplift.
