Job summary

DynPro Inc. in Milpitas, CA is seeking an experienced SAP Cutover Consultant to lead cutover planning and execution for a large-scale SAP transformation in a global manufacturing environment.

The role requires hands-on ownership of cutover plans, mock rehearsals, production deployment, and post-go-live stabilization, working across business, functional, technical, and implementation partner teams in the semiconductor/high-tech manufacturing sector.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering multiple end-to-end SAP cutovers.
• Experience with SAP PP/MM/SD/FI/CO processes in manufacturing.
• Excellent planning, risk management, and go/no-go criteria definition.
• Ability to coordinate with business, technical, and partner teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the integrated cutover plan with tasks, owners, and timelines.
• Lead mock cutovers and dress rehearsals to identify gaps.
• Coordinate cutover activities across SAP modules including manufacturing and finance.
• Sequence transports, data loads, and batch jobs with data migration teams.
• Align production readiness with WIP, BOMs, and inventory balances.
• Manage dependencies with MES, warehouse platforms, and interfaces.
• Define freeze windows, go/no-go criteria, rollback plans, and validation.
• Run cutover command-center meetings and track execution.
• Collaborate with plant and supply chain teams to minimize disruption.
• Support hypercare and transition to production support.
