Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC seeks an experienced SAP Concur specialist to lead architecture for a flagship federal project. You will design, configure, test, and deploy Concur solutions to support government agencies and manage T&E processes.

You will partner with stakeholders, development teams, and vendors to deliver robust SaaS T&E services while navigating compliance requirements and security constraints.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship required; must be clearable to MBI.
Hands-on SAP Concur implementation, configuration, and design experience.
Deep Travel & Expense industry knowledge; modern processes and integrations.
Ability to write clear technical documentation and test scripts.
Proficiency with Excel and Word.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience delivering solutions for government agencies (GSA) or enterprise-scale clients.
Familiarity with federal travel regulations and government operations.

Responsibilities

Lead functional and technical design sessions for Concur solutions.
Configure SAP Concur Expense and Request modules.
Coordinate integrations between Concur and finance/HR systems via APIs.
Develop end-to-end test scripts and lead SIT/UAT.
Collaborate with client leads, internal developers, and vendors.
