Job summary

JobFormance LLC in Herndon, VA is seeking an experienced SAP Concur specialist to lead architecture and deployment for a federal project. This contractor role combines design, configuration, testing, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver a modern Travel & Expense service for 124 government agencies.

The position requires US citizenship, deep Concur expertise, and strong documentation skills. Onsite four days a week with remote options, and a start date of October 1, 2026 or two weeks'

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required due to government security clearance (MBI eligibility).
• Hands-on SAP Concur implementation, configuration, and design experience.
• Deep Travel & Expense domain knowledge with modern processes and integrations.
• Proven ability to write clear technical documentation, functional specs, and test scripts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional and technical design sessions to architect Concur solutions.
• Configure SAP Concur Expense and Request modules per requirements.
• Coordinate integrations with finance systems, HR platforms, card providers, and travel tools via APIs.
• Develop end-to-end test scripts and lead SIT/UAT testing.
• Collaborate with client leads, developers, and vendors to ensure program success.
