Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Principal IT Architect in a hybrid role based in Charlotte, NC, Atlanta, GA, or Houston, TX. You will design scalable, secure IT architecture focusing on SAP Commerce Cloud, headless migration, and SAP S/4HANA integrations.

You will report to IT leadership and guide cross-functional teams, balancing enterprise requirements with digital transformation initiatives across CRM, CPQ, and cloud services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise application solutions.
• 5+ years of architecture experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris).
• Proven experience integrating SAP Commerce Cloud with SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration architecture and API-led connectivity.
• Experience designing REST APIs, SOAP, middleware, and cloud integrations.
• Experience with microservices, event-driven, and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of commerce, ERP, and customer engagement processes.
• Experience leading architecture decisions across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive strategic technology decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and migration for SAP Commerce Cloud with headless solutions connected to SAP S/4HANA.
• Formulate and execute IT architecture strategies for seamless integration across SAP Commerce Cloud, CRM, CPQ, and SAP S4.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability, security, and compliance.
• Provide technical leadership to projects ensuring SAP Commerce Cloud and SAP S4 integration.
• Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies to enhance IT architecture capabilities.
