The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Hybris and related technologies. This position offers a base salary of $157,934 annually and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in SAP Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud) and SAP CRM.
• Five years of experience in SAP Web channel and SAP SD.
• Three years of experience in SAP CPQ and SAP C4C.

Responsibilities

• Create, influence, and drive customer vision.
• Lead the eCommerce Operations across Strategic Business Group in Onshore hours.
• Maintain zero downtime and no P1/P2 for ecommerce solution.
• Lead the team in providing appropriate resolutions and Root Cause Analysis.
