SAP America, Inc. seeks a Business Processes Senior Consultant at our Newtown Square, PA location to drive business consulting by translating the customer’s vision into solutions across on-premise, cloud and hybrid environments.

The role requires strong SAP HCM/payroll knowledge and occasional sub-project leadership. You will map processes to requirements, design end-to-end solutions, deliver workshops, and mentor consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field of study.
• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field of study (optional).

Responsabilités

• Map business processes to solution requirements across SAP landscapes.
• Support transformation toward the Intelligent Enterprise.
• Lead or co-lead sub-projects and teams for service delivery.
• Design and configure solutions (on-prem, cloud, hybrid) with state-of-the-art methodologies.
• Deliver customer workshops and trainings; support pre-sales activities.
• Mentor business process consultants and evolve service portfolio.
