Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience.
• Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

Responsibilities

• Revise and update existing programs and provide required documentation.
• Facilitate the service lifecycle and product lifecycle.
• Define and review technical blueprint for internal IT projects and customize/enhance implementations.
• Provide technical documentation and support problem management and continuous improvement.
