Job summary

Orchard LLC is seeking a Senior SAP Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team for a large-scale S/4HANA Greenfield implementation. This hybrid role supports a public sector client and requires expertise in S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, SAC, Datasphere, and CFO Control Tower.

You will lead BI strategy, design dashboards for large data volumes, mentor the team, and ensure delivery on schedule while coordinating with SMEs and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years of BI/reporting experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, information systems, math, business, or related field.
• Master's degree or SAP certification a plus.
• Experience with S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, BW/4HANA, CFO Control Tower.
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain DHS Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise BI and reporting strategy and oversee platform implementation.
• Translate BI requirements into accurate, high-performing reports and dashboards.
• Design, develop, and implement reports and dashboards using S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, SAC, Datasphere, BW/4HANA.
• Create high-level and low-level data product designs based on requirements.
• Perform unit and performance testing on BI reports and dashboards.
• Lead client demonstrations of BI reports and dashboards.
• Configure and troubleshoot the reporting platform and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide training materials and supporting documentation.
