Job summary

Coforge is seeking a Senior SAP Business Analyst with deep Finance domain experience to lead requirements gathering for SAP Fioneer and Cloud4Banking subledger implementations. You will map financial processes, translate business needs into system specs, and drive data governance and controls across cross‑functional teams.

• Proven track record in facilitating controls testing, documentation, and remediation for Audit and SOX system implementations.
• Solid understanding of GAAP accounting principles and core financial processes (GL, AP, AR, financial reporting, reconciliations, period close).
• Background in business architecture, business analysis, or relevant technical roles.
• Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills with experience interpreting financial data (Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau).
• Familiarity with data integration, migration, and financial software platforms.

• SAP Fioneer expertise as a mandatory skill requirement, with hands-on exposure to Finance, CML (Consumer Mortgage Loans), and TRM (Treasury Risk Management) modules.
• This role you will partner with finance and accounting stakeholders to represent their requirements for SAPs Cloud4Banking (subledger) implementation.
• Leveraging your deep accounting expertise, you will analyze and document financial processes, gather and translate business requirements, and help design and implement new technical solutions aligned with regulatory and operational standards.
