The Senior SAP Ariba Consultant will drive a complete data exit from SAP Ariba, extracting thousands of contracts and mapping them into Workday target environments, preserving compliance evidence with rigor in a regulated payments context.

In this role, you’ll design extraction pipelines, handle OAuth 2.0 flows, and construct field-level crosswalks to ensure accurate Workday load

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SAP Ariba migration and extraction consulting.
• Hands-on Ariba exit experience across all four extraction channels.
• Experience with OAuth 2.0 client-credentials authentication and rate-limiting handling.
• Data mapping from Ariba into Workday with field-level crosswalk construction.
• Knowledge of Workday CLM stacks and contract hierarchies.
• Experience with extraction pipelines, error handling, and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Extract contract, document, and approval data out of Ariba using all available extraction channels.
• Handle OAuth 2.0 authentication, rate-limiting, and resume-from-manifest strategies across extraction jobs.
• Build field-level crosswalks mapping Ariba data into Workday load contracts.
• Model contract hierarchy, predecessor lineage, and amendment chains as distinct link types.
• Design an evidence-preservation strategy for historical audit trails in Workday.
• Build extraction pipelines and staging layers with proper error handling and reconciliation before loading into Workday.
