Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a SAP MP&L Sr. Launch Engineer to drive material planning readiness and governance for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA rollout.

You will coordinate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, and Quality to ensure robust testing strategies and on-time launch execution across global operations. The role requires deep SAP, MRP, inventory management, and supply chain expertise, serving as a strategic liaison between business operations and system integrators.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Supply Chain/Manufacturing.
• ERP, plant, or product launch experience, including testing and cutover.
• Cross-functional leadership and business process SME experience.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, material fulfillment, production control, and inventory processes.
• Project and stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead UAT and SIT activities for the SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Develop interim business processes to support launch readiness.
• Drive MDM and change management initiatives across the program.
• Support labor and volume planning during launch.
• Ensure successful launch execution from kickoff through post-launch stabilization.

Must Haves:

• Experience with SAP Supply Chain/Manufacturing experience.
• ERP, plant, or product launch experience, including testing and cutover.

Plusses:

Key responsibilities include leading UAT and SIT activities, developing interim business processes, driving MDM and change management initiatives, supporting labor and volume planning, and ensuring successful launch execution from project kickoff through post-launch stabilization.
