Senior SAP AI Platform Architect - Pre-Sales & Delivery

Tessera Labs; United States; Remoto; USD 180.000 - 240.000; Tempo pieno

Descrizione del lavoro

Tessera Labs is seeking an SAP Principal Pre-Sales & Delivery Architect to direct solution direction across multiple engagements while shaping proposals and delivery. You’ll work with forward-deployed engineers, client partners, and product teams to translate business needs into the Tessera AI platform.

Day one SAP judgment is essential, spanning ERP, CRM, HCM and SCM. You will drive adoption, orchestrate diverse teams, and influence product direction with customer insights.

Competenze

• Demonstrated ownership of solutioning through leading roles during SAP enterprise software and services engagement sales cycles — scope, approach, effort and risk, not product demonstrations.
• Proven ability to orchestrate delivery teams across functional, technical and data workstreams, on several engagements at the same time, without losing control of any of them.
• Senior client-facing presence: able to hold a room of customer architects, business owners and finance stakeholders, and to say no to a customer in a way that keeps the relationship.
• A record of driving adoption, not just go-live: evidence that the customer's teams kept using what you delivered.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Mansioni

• Own the functional and architectural direction on several concurrent engagements, including trade-offs between customer asks and value.
• Orchestrate the engagement team across functional, technical, data and AI streams.
• Translate customer outcomes into a Tessera platform solution; flag when it cannot be delivered.
• Agree measurable outcomes with customers and document ownership.
• Lead pre-sales and maintain SAP solution storytelling in proposals and SoWs.
• Drive product feedback from field findings to Tessera platform.
