Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP development experience supporting PM, SM, and PS.
• Advanced hands-on ABAP development and RICEFW expertise.
• Strong ECC development and production support experience.
• Experience with custom development, enhancements, user exits, and ABAP debugging.
• Experience with SAP web technologies and external application integrations.
• ABAP performance optimization, troubleshooting, and testing skills.
• Excellent collaboration, documentation and problem-solving abilities.
• Location: Downtown Houston, TX
• Schedule: Hybrid with onsite Mon-Thu, remote Fri
• Duration: 12 months (Oct 22, 2026 – Oct 21, 2027)
• Engagement: 1099 Independent Contractor through ElevationHR
• Compensation: $82–$85/hour

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain SAP ABAP and RICEFW solutions including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
• Provide technical development and support across PM, SM, and PS modules.
• Design and troubleshoot SAP integrations with external systems and web applications.
• Develop and maintain custom enhancements, user exits, and interfaces.
• Perform complex ABAP debugging, performance tuning, unit testing, and integration testing.
• Troubleshoot production issues involving development, configuration, business processes, and security.
• Collaborate with SAP CCS, MM, FI, and BW teams on cross-functional technical solutions.
• Support technical design, blueprinting, requirements analysis, and OSS notes, releases, and patches.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to peers.
