NaturPak is seeking a Sanitation Supervisor in Janesville, WI to lead the sanitation department and support a large-scale food manufacturing operation. Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in food manufacturing.
• At least 2 years sanitation leadership experience.
• Knowledge of Master Sanitation Scheduling (MSS) planning.
• Must be knowledgeable regarding requirements of FDA and BRC.
• Must be knowledgeable in GMP's, HACCP, and Allergens.
• Must understand 7 steps of sanitation cleaning method and the 10 principles of sanitary equipment design.
• Ability to work under pressure (in an extremely fast paced environment), meet deadlines (overtime work required) and make effective decisions.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office applications and computer-based applications).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the sanitation department and production operators who are responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the equipment and infrastructure in a 7 day a week bilingual (Spanish and English) operation.
• Work cross functionally with the production, maintenance and sanitation teams to execute both CIP and manual cleaning activities, inspection and continuous process improvement efforts.
• Responsible for crew performance using training, coaching and performance feedback to assure delivery of effective sanitation processes and monitors compliance through hands-on monitoring, inspection, and coaching.
• Work with the sanitation team to maintain and administer master sanitation schedule (MSS) tasks to ensure that the facility maintained in audit ready status.
• Assist in the implementation of policies, procedures, and programs and attend and participate in all appropriate meetings. This includes but isn’t limited to Lock out tag out (LOTO), Chemical Safety and 7 steps of sanitation.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Sanitation Manager.
