The ideal candidate has 2+ years of sanitation leadership experience in food manufacturing, is fluent in safety standards, and can manage multiple tasks under pressure

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Master Sanitation Scheduling (MSS) planning.
• Knowledge of FDA and BRC requirements.
• Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and Allergens.
• Understanding of the 7 steps of sanitation cleaning method and sanitary equipment design.

Responsibilities

• Supervise sanitation department and production operators in a 7 day a week operation.
• Coordinate CIP and manual cleaning with cross-functional teams.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure effective sanitation.
• Maintain master sanitation schedule (MSS) and audit readiness.
• Participate in safety policies including LOTO, chemical safety and 7 steps of sanitation.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Sanitation Manager.
