Job summary

Workday, Inc. in Atlanta is seeking a talented Functional Consultant to ensure successful Sana Learning and adjacent Workday HCM solutions for our customers.

You will apply instructional design, configuration, and data conversion expertise to deliver effective learning content and business outcomes. You will work with clients to translate requirements into configured solutions, prototype and test content, and collaborate with the Integration team on ensuring seamless integrations.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience configuring enterprise learning AND HCM software, or in a functional consulting/customer success role focused on content and system configuration.
• Hands-on experience configuring at least one Workday HCM-suite product (Learning, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting) strongly preferred
• Previous consulting experience with a consulting or software company required

About the Role

We are looking for a hardworking, innovative, and collaborative Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role you will ensure the successful implementation of Sana Learning and adjacent Workday HCM solutions with customers through product, instructional design, and implementation expertise. The ideal candidate for this position should have extensive experience implementing or supporting learning systems, requirements capturing, configuration, instructional/content design, data conversion, and testing. You should be detail oriented, self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and able to successfully partner with customers and your project team. Be ready to be challenged and have fun!

Basic Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience configuring enterprise learning AND HCM software, or in a functional consulting/customer success role focused on content and system configuration

• Previous consulting experience with a consulting or software company required

• Workday HCM/Learning certification a plus
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
