Job summary

Circet USA in Plano, TX is seeking a Senior Switch Engineer (Samsung OEM) to lead integration, deployment, configuration, and maintenance of switching systems in our telecom network. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure performance and security updates are applied.

You will mentor junior engineers and drive project goals, interfacing with customers to deliver reliable connectivity solutions across LTE and 5G deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years in telecommunications with Samsung OEM experience.
• Expert knowledge on Samsung OEM hardware integration.
• Expert knowledge of switching, routing, and networking protocols.
• Proven ability to drive results and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and deploy switching systems, ensuring they meet project requirements and are scalable.
• Configure and maintain switching systems with up-to-date software and security patches.
• Troubleshoot network issues, analyze data, and identify root causes with other teams.
• Test and optimize networks to ensure peak performance.
• Document all work accurately, including installation and maintenance, and provide customer support.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in project status updates with the customer.
• Lead coordination with Field Operations Team and customers to drive progress.
