Job summary

Valdese Weavers, a longstanding textile mill in Valdese, NC, seeks an inventory/ops helper for the Sample department. You will manage sample inventory, track SAP tickets, pull patterns, and coordinate with cutting to fulfill fabric orders.

Qualifications

• Forklift license required for moving buggies and fabric.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills required.

• Experience with SAP and LXE gun preferred.
• Adherence to ISO 9001 work instructions and 5S standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage sample inventory and track tickets in SAP.
• Pulls, labels, and stores patterns and samples.
• Order samples, re-makes, and shortages as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized sample area and comply with safety rules.
• Operate LXE gun and forklift for material handling.
