LHH Recruitment Solutions in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Senior Tax Analyst to join our growing corporate accounting team. This newly created role will help build and enhance internal tax capabilities as the company expands across multiple states.

You will research SALT issues, monitor regulatory changes, support multi-state filings, and partner with external advisors and internal stakeholders on tax initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of tax experience in public accounting and/or industry.
• Strong SALT experience required.
• CPA or progress toward CPA is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Research and analyze state and local tax issues, including economic nexus, licensing, unclaimed property, sales and use tax, and other compliance matters.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and assess potential business impacts.
• Assist with multi-state tax compliance and filings.
• Partner with external tax advisors and internal stakeholders on tax-related initiatives.
• Support tax audits, inquiries, and regulatory requests.
• Document technical tax positions and research findings.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and efficiencies.
• Participate in special projects related to company growth and expansion.
