Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field; 8+ years of state taxation experience; CPA designation; experience with tiered flow-through entities and investment vehicles; strong state tax planning, research, and analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Multistate consulting and compliance services, including technical review of state and local tax returns and multistate issues such as allocation, apportionment, nexus, and unitary filings.
• Residency issues.
• Sales tax consulting, including nexus and taxability studies.
• Audit defense.
• Research and writing.
• Due diligence.
• Coordinating with other in-house tax professionals and clients.
• Reviewing pass-through entity issues including estimated payments, withholding, and K-1s.
