Qualifications

• Three years of experience in tax research and multi-state tax issues.
• Knowledge of corporate tax matters across industries.
• Strong writing, communication, and tax research skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on corporate tax services including planning, research and M&A activities.
• Deliver due diligence and tax structuring services to clients and share findings.
• Liaise with a target company's finance and tax teams to gather facts.
