Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Salesman for a fast-growing commercial roofing contractor in California. You will own the full sales cycle—from lead generation to close—and work with property managers, general contractors and building owners to develop and close opportunities.

Book of business preferred and uncapped commission potential, with strong operational support, an established brand, and opportunities to sell across reroof, service, maintenance and waterproofing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial roofing sales experience (or closely related industry).
• Proven track record of generating $3M-$10M+ annually in sales.
• Strong understanding of roofing systems (TPO, PVC, BUR, Modified, Coatings, etc.).
• Ability to climb roofs, perform site walks, and engage clients in the field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, GCs, developers, and building owners
• Generate new business through outbound efforts, networking, and referrals
• Walk roofs, assess conditions, and collaborate with estimating to develop proposals
• Own the full sales cycle—from lead generation through close
• Partner with operations to ensure smooth project turnover and execution
• Track pipeline, forecast accurately, and consistently hit revenue targets

Job Details

This is not an entry-level sales role. We're looking for someone who already understands how to generate and close commercial roofing work and can step in and produce quickly.
