Job summary

Halvik Corp is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to support NTIA. You will partner with the Principal Enterprise Architect, lead a scrum, and drive Agentforce rollout across Salesforce CRM Analytics and Tableau Next data layer.

Role requires deep Apex/LWC expertise, OmniStudio proficiency, and experience guiding complex multi-cloud Salesforce programs within a government context. Strong leadership and governance are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of Salesforce development experience.
• At least 3 years in a technical lead role on enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II and an additional advanced certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Scrum Team technical leadership and design reviews.
• Lead Agentforce AI implementation with Salesforce integration.
• Hands-on Apex, LWC, OmniStudio, and data operations for sprint delivery.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architect on patterns and governance.
• Mentor developers and enforce code quality and 508/WCAG compliance.
