Job summary

Halvik Corp in Vienna, VA, seeks a Salesforce Technical Lead to support the NTIA public sector platform. You will work with the Principal Enterprise Architect on Agentforce, Data 360, and headless Salesforce initiatives.

Lead a Scrum team, provide hands-on Apex & LWC development, drive architecture decisions, ensure code quality and 508/WCAG compliance, and mentor engineers in a SAFe environment. Qualifications include 8+ years Salesforce dev, 3+ years leadership, and Platform Developer I;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional Salesforce development experience; 3+ years in technical lead roles on enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; II and advanced Architect certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for an assigned Scrum team in a Federal government Salesforce program.
• Lead hands-on development with Apex, LWC, OmniStudio, Flow, and related Salesforce technologies.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to design patterns, governance, and platform standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure code quality, coverage, and accessibility compliance.
