Job summary

Robotic Technologies Automation in Florida is seeking a Senior Salesforce Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions. You will lead and mentor teams, shape architecture, and collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional groups to deliver scalable, AI-enabled Salesforce platforms.

Strong hands-on expertise with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flow, and integrations is required to guide complex projects and governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IT or related field.
7+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flow, and declarative tools.
Proven experience leading technical teams and enterprise implementations.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security models, and best practices.
Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and middleware.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.
Salesforce Platform Developer II and Application Architect certifications preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
