Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with 5-7+ years related experience in Salesforce Force.com platform/Cloud implementations (Sales, Service, Experience etc.)
Experience in Salesforce development and implementations with Apex, Visualforce, controllers, triggers, batch processes, APIs and web services.
Best practices in coding standards, deployment, Apex, VF, Salesforce integration, security implementations.
Experience developing reusable UI components with Aura and Lightning Component Frameworks.
Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Communities solutions.
Salesforce Platform Certification – Platform Developer 1/2.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Force.com solutions.
Own the technical solution and process design, including scenario design, flow mapping, and customer journeys.
Prototype, configure, test, train, and define support procedures for robust Salesforce solutions.
Mentor junior staff, drive knowledge sharing, and lead complex tasks to resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Define and deliver the technical strategy within the Salesforce platform.
