Crosscheck's expansive portfolio spans diverse industries and building typologies, including interior fit-outs, facades, new constructions, and renovations. KM Associates is a trusted facilitator of construction endeavors, skillfully managing permits and compliance. Our suite of invaluable services includes building code insights, zoning law expertise, and expediting capability for architects, engineers, construction professionals, developers, and building managers across the dynamic New York City metropolitan area.

Who You Are

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce System Administrator & Developer to take a leadership role in the ongoing enhancement, optimization, and support of our Salesforce platform. This individual will work closely with company leadership, project teams, operations, and finance staff to continuously improve how Salesforce supports our internal operations and client delivery. While we have a full-time Salesforce Administrator on staff, this new role will collaborate with them and take the lead on development, architecture, and RevOps-focused solutions.

This is a highly collaborative and strategic role, reporting to the COO and working closely with Partners, the Finance team, and other stakeholders. You’ll have the opportunity to help shape our system from a business process and technology standpoint, while also rolling up your sleeves to get the work done.

At this time, we are only considering candidates located within the United States, as familiarity with U.S. business practices, regulatory requirements and time zones is essential to this role. Applicants outside the U.S. will not be considered. In addition, Preference will be given to candidates located in the NYC area, who are willing to be hybrid in this role, or those with a strong understanding of the local market.

What You'll Do

  • Lead ongoing improvements and configuration of our Salesforce system to meet changing business needs, with a focus on operational efficiency, user experience, and data accuracy.
  • Work in conjunction with our current Salesforce System Administrator on administration, user support, and implementation tasks.
  • Translate business problems and stakeholder input into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Perform code-based Salesforce development (e.g., Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components) in-house when feasible, and collaborate with external developers for more complex or time-sensitive tasks.
  • Design, build, test, and deploy declarative and programmatic enhancements.
  • Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, page layouts, flows, automation, and security settings.
  • Lead technical execution of larger projects including system integrations, process automation, and new product rollouts.
  • Ensure data hygiene and implement solutions for clean, reliable reporting.
  • Conduct training and develop materials for end users.
  • Stay up to date on Salesforce releases and best practices, and implement relevant improvements.
  • Own documentation of architecture, processes, and customizations.
  • Provide regular status updates to leadership on key initiatives.
  • Partner with our Salesforce Admin and outside vendors, as needed, to deliver high-quality outcomes.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in a system admin or developer role.
  • Proven experience managing and implementing enhancements in Salesforce Sales Cloud; experience with Conga or other tools a plus.
  • Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning components, Flows, DLRS, SDG, and declarative tools.
  • Experience designing scalable technical solutions to business challenges.
  • Strong business analysis and communication skills.
  • Experience in a RevOps, operations, or process improvement environment.
  • Familiarity with system integrations, particularly using middleware or APIs.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage timelines across multiple projects.
  • Collaborative mindset, especially when working with a distributed team.

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field. (Preferred)
  • Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Platform Developer I/II. (Required)
