• Collaborates with admins to maximize out-of-the-box Salesforce features.
• Designs and implements integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
• Develops strategies for data migration, transformation, and cleansing.
• Defines governance for Salesforce development and deployment.
• Ensures compliance with security standards and best practices.
• Works with analysts, PMs, and stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Provides technical leadership and codifies best practices.
• Mentors Salesforce administrators and stays updated on platform trends.
