Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior Salesforce SME with Sales Cloud expertise.
- Translate complex business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Establish Salesforce architecture, configuration standards, and best practices.
- Provide technical direction to offshore development resources.
- Support Salesforce Sales Cloud, B2B Commerce, and ComplianceQuest environments.
- Lead or participate in UAT, testing, and release validation.
- Maintain documentation and collaborate with stakeholders across functions.
