Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC seeks a contract Salesforce Solution Engineer to design and deliver end-to-end Salesforce Government Cloud solutions for Child welfare programs. You will work on case management, licensing, and related workflows, ensuring alignment with objectives, standards, security, and platform strategy.

You will lead discovery sessions, design integrations, develop Apex and LWC components, and assess release impacts. Public-sector experience and strong governance are valued.

Qualifications

Hands-on Salesforce configuration and solution design.
Development experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components.
Experience with enterprise system integrations.
Experience in public-sector or regulated programs.
Experience leading discovery, design and development teams.

Responsibilities

Discovery and requirements: lead technical sessions with stakeholders to define requirements and options.
Design and engineering: lead integration designs, blueprinting and configuration strategies.
Development: implement Apex, LWC, Flows and integrations following governance.
Release management readiness: review Salesforce releases for impacts and changes.
AI-enablement: apply AI approaches to enhance Salesforce solutions responsibly.
