Job summary

Yudrio, Inc. seeks an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions for federal government clients.

The role requires hands-on technical leadership and deep expertise across Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, OmniStudio, and AppExchange integrations. The successful candidate will establish architectural standards, guide development teams, ensure security and compliance, and collaborate with project managers, security

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of Salesforce experience with design/architecture.
• Experience designing complex Salesforce solutions for government or regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with OmniStudio (OmniScripts, Data Mappers, Integration Procedures).
• Ability to pass a federal background investigation (financial history review).

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions that meet functional, technical, security, and scalability requirements.
• Act as technical design authority and establish architectural standards and best practices.
• Develop solution architectures, data models, integration patterns, and implementation roadmaps.
• Lead architecture reviews and guide Salesforce development teams.
• Collaborate with project managers, security personnel, and government stakeholders to deliver secure, compliant implementations.
