Job summary

Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Salesforce cloud implementation projects in higher education, healthcare, construction or manufacturing industries. You will manage multiple project teams, coordinate across locations, and ensure on-time delivery with high-quality results.

You will mentor analysts, develop engagement plans and manage budgets while collaborating with clients and internal teams to drive transformation and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related experience with Cloud implementation.
• Experience with Salesforce.com in Higher Education, Healthcare, Construction or Manufacturing and Industrials.
• Proven ability as a functional application specialist.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to train and mentor Huron staff on project management and technical aspects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects of varying scale and duration.
• Strong analytical skills to translate meetings into shareable docs.
• Desire to learn new tools and methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams across locations and manage client meetings.
