The Challenge

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Solution Architects, the Senior Salesforce Solution Architect will drive transformation and process optimization within our Salesforce ecosystem. We seek an experienced architect specializing in Sales & Service Cloud to join our dynamic team. Your Mission

End-to-End Salesforce Process Design:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to end-to-end processes.
• Design solutions incorporating industry best practices, Salesforce capabilities, and integration points.
• Create architectural diagrams, process flows, and documentation.

Technical Leadership:

• Guide development teams, ensuring alignment with standards and best practices.
• Evaluate and select technologies and third-party applications.
• Oversee technical specifications and adherence to design principles.

Salesforce Configuration and Customization:

• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, flows, and custom code (Apex, Lightning Components).
• Show expertise in areas like Territory Management, Lead Routing, Account Hierarchies, Omnichannel, Integrations, Communities, Incident & Breach, Certinia, Gainsight, or Enrichment.
• Apply innovative approaches to complex implementations, bringing creative solutions from frontiers of Salesforce practices.

Integration and Data Management:

• Architect integration solutions for seamless Salesforce connectivity with external systems.
• Define data migration and oversee data cleansing and transformation.

Performance Optimization:

• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and scalability issues.
• Collaborate on system performance improvements and conflict resolution across systems.

Solution Governance and Compliance:

• Ensure solutions comply with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Lead solution reviews and ensure architectural alignment.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet business needs.
• Present technical solutions to varied audiences.
• Monitor issues and proactively recommend improvements to advance business goals.

Mentorship and Training:

• Guide junior architects and teams, conduct training to enhance Salesforce knowledge and best practices.

You Are

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ Salesforce Certifications, including Application and System Architect, Salesforce CPQ.
• 8+ years as a Salesforce Solution Architect, with 5+ in an architect role.
• Proficient in Salesforce tools like LeanData, ZoomInfo, D&B, Reltio, and hands-on with Apex, Lightning, and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end processes such as lead management, opportunity tracking, quoting, and contracts.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Extra Awesome

• Experience in startups, 13+ Salesforce Certifications, additional Salesforce products experience, project management background, advanced degrees or certifications, and industry experience are a plus.

Salary Range

$150,675—$226,012.50 USD, location-dependent, with potential bonuses, equity, and benefits.
